WHY IS FMS IMPORTANT?
The most important step toward developing physical literacy is the mastering of fundamental movement skills especially when kids are young. They are the building blocks for your child to move competently and confidently and form the foundation for many of the specific motor skills required in sports and leisure activities.
WHY ENGAGE IN MULTISPORT?
Kids who try different sports are more physically literate than those who focus only in one sport. Multi sports experience helps them become better athletes, develop stronger game sense (e.g. decision-making), confidence and appreciation for sports. That translate into adult athleticism and enable them to continue leading healthy and active lifestyles.
